Wittenberg University welcomes home school student applicants. The process for admission is very similar to that of traditional high school students, however a a few additional items are required by home school applicants. We know that for many students paying for college isn't easy. More than 95% of Wittenberg students receive financial aid or scholarships. Annually, Wittenberg grants more than $9 million in the form of academic scholarships and grants.
When you apply for federal student aid, the information you report is used in a formula, established by the U.S. Congress, that calculates your Expected Family Contribution (EFC), an amount you and your family are expected to contribute toward your education. If your EFC is below a certain amount, you may be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant. There isn't a maximum EFC that defines eligibility for the other financial aid programs.
