Bulk business card orders are placed three times a year (September, December, and April). Card order notification dates and deadlines will be sent out via email.

For Internet reservations, on the “Corporate Account Sign In” screen, you must enter “eic” as the first three letters of theCompany name in order to view the E&I Rates.

Wittenberg University ’s current office supply contract is with OfficeMax. Orders may be placed by phone, fax or on-line. On-line orders provide immediate price confirmations and discounts not available by phone or fax. Orders placed on-line by 2:00 p.m. will be delivered to the Wittenberg Warehouse the next business day.

• Copy paper and toner/ink cartridges are to be ordered from the Wittenberg Warehouse.

• Office equipment (such as faxes) and furniture are to be ordered through the Wittenberg Purchasing Office.

Purchase Requisitions are internal requests for goods/services (Purchase Requisitions). They cannot be used to place an order with a vendor. Although departments are allocated funds in their budgets, this allocation is only an authority to requisition, not to purchase. The Purchasing Office has the authority to evaluate all Purchase Requisitions on the basis of appropriateness of purchase, availability of funds, vendor selection, cost, service level, etc.
