All delegates should bring their own academic regalia to the ceremony. Robing will begin at 2 p.m., and guests accompanying delegates and members of the presidential platform party should be seated by 2:30 p.m.

A number of celebratory activities are scheduled throughout the week beginning Sept. 4, which will bring together students, faculty, staff and the Springfield community. 

To assist you with all your needs during the Inauguration, a Hospitality Center will be open from 12 Noon - 6 p.m. inside the Bayley Alumni House on Thursday, Sept. 6, and again from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 7. Refreshments will be available.
