The structure of the WittEntrepreneurs Program is intended to place as much authority and responsibility as possible in the hands of Wittenberg students – in terms of both management and governance. Nevertheless, we recognize that student entrepreneurs and teams can benefit greatly from sound advice from mentors with relevant experience and a willingness to help.
The WittEntrepreneurs and Village Markets of Africa alliance is entrepreneurship education that takes action and makes a difference. It creates experiences that go far beyond the classroom and into the international landscape, while being a catalyst for positive change in the world.
What are Witt students saying about their experience?
"Being a new student, I have had a great experience getting involved in WittEntrepreneurs. In the beginning of the year, I jumped right in and became Inventory Manager. While this was a big responsibility, it also helped me really understand what the group was about. In the past few months, I have learned so much by working with Village Markets of Africa and have been able to apply some of what I have learned in class." ~Jenna Gentner '14
