Activity Courses

Activity Courses in the Health, Fitness, and Sports Department fulfill the general education requirement in physical activity. A student may select from a variety of activity options, which include individual sports, team sports, fitness activities, aquatic activities, and recreational activities. Students are encouraged to choose a physical activity class each semester. However, only two Physical Activity courses are required for graduation. It is recommended that students complete their physical activity graduation requirement during the first two years of their university program.
