Writing Rubric: A fairly extensive rubric used in a recent cross-institutional writing assessment of which Wittenberg was a part. Writer's Reference: An interactive web page that corresponds to the handbook that Wittenberg students use in English 101. This site is a good place to send students whom you identify as having a skill deficiency in some specific area, and if you register yourself as an instructor on that page, you can receive updates on your students’ progress with these exercises. It’s a pretty useful and user-friendly tool for setting up some independent learning.
