AMENITIES – KELLER AND SPRECHER APARTMENTS (3 and 4 Bedroom)

Almost everything you can imagine, and everything you have to pay extra for in off-campus apartments or houses, is included in the contract of the new student apartments. Services include local telephone service (in each bedroom), cable television, electricity, Ethernet, gas, trash pick-up, and water.

ELIGIBILITY

Full-time students who have completed 60 credit hours, and who are in good standing behaviorally are eligible to reside in Keller and Sprecher Apartments.
