Certain life events allow you to make changes in benefits that otherwise might not be possible. The life events series outlines benefit plan changes you may want to consider as a result of a life event such as marriage, divorce or birth of a child.
Be sure to complete all paperwork necessary to make a change in your benefits within 31 days of your life event. In most cases, our plan provisions do not allow us to make changes afer 31 days.
