The program fee of $5,400, plus $540 tuition for non-Wittenberg students, is subject to change depending on the number of student participants, inflation and/or exchange rate fluctuations.  

The programs fee includes all expenses for students in China related to the program, excluding only personal expenses. Covered expenses include tuition, housing, meals, transportation, entrance fees, program incidentals, tips, and international medical, evacuation and repatriation insurance.

Additional student expenses not included in the program fee are transportation to/from their home to/from China, passport, Chinese visa, medical exam and inoculations, early arrival in or late departure from China, and gifts for Chinese hosts.  Estimated costs include: international travel, $1,300-$1,400; visa, including service fee and postage, $190; gifts, $50; up to $100 for each additional night in Beijing (room and airport-hotel transportation only).
