
The minor in East Asian Studies requires 20-22 credit hours, 12-14 of which must be taken at Wittenberg and must include Chinese or Japanese 111 and 112 or competency, and four semester hours each from at least two of the following areas: communication, economics, geography, history, literature, political science, psychology, religion or sociology.
NOTES:
(1) A minimum of eight semester hours must be at the 200 or higher course level.
(2) In addition to completing the course requirements and maintaining the minimum required GPA of 2.0, EAST Minors are also required to attend four (4) departmental colloquia offered throughout the year prior to graduation. These colloquia are designed to enrich the EAST Minor education experience.
