The East Asian Institute for International Business Studies at Wittenberg University provides students with exceptional opportunities for exploring East Asia and global business through experiential learning grounded in the liberal arts tradition.
We hope to return to Shanghai for teaching and camp counseling in June-July 2012. Click here to get more information and application material. This is a great program for English majors, Education majors, people who love sports or music, or students who are interested in the Chinese culture. No knowledge of Chinese required, but students of Chinese are welcome to apply.
The East Asian Institute is also working hard to find internships around Ohio and even around the world!
Wittenberg's East Asian Studies program is a world-class focal point within the University; its multi-disciplinary rigor trains students to be ready for change in this fast-paced global economy.
The Institute builds on this academic success by enriching the student's undergraduate experience through programs and events focusing on international business and East Asia. Through internships, off-campus experiences, study abroad, and interaction with visiting business executives, students benefit from a wealth of learning opportunities.
The East Asian Fellowship program provides a $2,500 annual scholarship award for up to 4 years for qualified students to pursue the study of global business and a minor in East Asian Studies.
