Siblings:  Ryan, my younger brother

Pets:  None right now (but hope to get some soon).  I LOVE dogs!

What are three adjectives to describe you?:  Compassionate, authentic, and genuinely happy!

Favorite Color:  Yellow

Favorite Food:  Potatoes

Favorite Band/Type of Music:  Phish/Yonder Mountain String Band

Favorite Book:  On the Road – Jack Kerouac

Favorite Movie:  The Big Lebowski (or any other Coen brothers film)

Favorite TV Show:  I’m a sucker for reality TV. – Some favorites include Survivor, Project Runway, and Top Chef

Favorite Sport & Team:  Football/Indianapolis Colts (Go Horse!)

Pet Peeves:  Loud talkers at live performances

Can you speak more than one language?:  I’m sorry to report that I remember very little from Señora Nichols Spanish class

Dream Vacation:  Paris in the spring time

One thing you want to do before you die:  Finish my dissertation

Biggest Fear: Not finishing my dissertation before I die

Do you love Chipotle?:  Yes!  One of the original stores is close to the University of Denver (where I did my doctoral work).

Pop or soda:  Pop              

Dogs or Cats?:  Dogs (I’m allergic to most cats)

Coffee or Tea?:  Coffee

Favorite College Memory:  There are too many to report just one!  I made some of my best friends, traveled to the most places, discovered a variety of interests, and had some of the most memorable conversations throughout my college years.

Is there anything that you are particularly excited about with your upcoming life at Wittenberg?:  I am thrilled to be coming back to the Midwest and cannot wait to get to know the students at Witt even more.

Do you have any advice for students taking your classes?:  Be respectful.  Anything less is unacceptable.
