SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - The Tiger volleyball team continues to roll through NCAC play with a 3-0 win over Denison to kick off Homecoming Weekend.

Erin Slattery (Chagrin Falls, OH/Kenston) dished out 23 assists on the night for the Tigers as they came away with 25-19, 25-12, and 25-18 set victories. On the receiving end of a number of those sets was Jackie Williams (Rocky River, OH/Magnificat), who pounded down nine kills. Jessica Kimble (Dennison, OH/Claymont) also got in on the act, nailing down seven kills of her own.

Defensively, Kate Snead (Westerville, OH/South) collected four blocks while Laura Fender (Toledo, OH/St. Ursula) made 19 digs. The Tigers moved to 8-0 in the NCAC, with one more match against each of their conference foes upcoming.

The second trip through the double-round robin begins on Wednesday, Oct. 15, when Ohio Wesleyan visits Pam Evans Smith Arena for a 7 pm opening serve.
