* In 2003, Skip Ivery won First Place in the 110 High Hurdles and Timmy Gaal took Second Place in the Javelin at the NCAA National Meet.
* In 1999, the Wittenberg men's track and field finished second at the Outdoor Championships.
* Josh Guerrieri set an NCAC record in winning the decathlon in 1999.
* Kevin Callison (shot put) and Issac Barnes (10,000 m) were 1999 conference champions.
* Issac Barnes (10,000 m), Ayinde Rudolph (110 Hurdles) and Nate Kaufman (1,500 m) were
named to the 1999 All-Ohio Track and Field Team.
* Wittenberg hosted the 1997 North Coast Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships.
* The Tiger men's track and field team has won five straight North Coast
Athletic Conference championships--the 1995 outdoor meet and the 1996 indoor
and outdoor meets and the 1997 indoor and outdoor championship.
* Jeremy Kaufman was an All-America in 1996 as he placed third in the 3,000-
meter steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Championship. He was also the
individual champion at the 1995 NCAC Cross Country Championship.
* Dwight Carter was All-America in two events in 1994, the 110-meter high
hurdles and 400-meter intermediate hurdles. He was the only athlete to receive
All-America recognition in those two events.
* In 1963 Bob Cherry won the NCAA College Division championship in the 120-yard high
hurdles and qualified for the NCAA University Division meet. In 1964 he came back
to qualify and participated in the U.S. Olympic Trials and placed fourth.
