Merit: Share Your Achievements. Pass on Your Light.
Merit is an online tool that showcases your active, engaged life at Wittenberg. It gives students the recognition they deserve for their achievements.

How It Works
- The University writes news stories about your achievements. These stories focus on your academic success, service activities, honors, research, conference participation, etc. —accomplishments inside and outside the classroom, in the community and around the world.
- When you participate in these events, you will receive a Merit badge and a link to your personalized success story.
- You can share your achievements with friends, family and neighbors on Facebook and Twitter, and the University may send the news to your hometown newspaper.
- Your personalized Merit page saves all of your achievements and displays your badges. Your profile then becomes an ideal supplement to applications for jobs, internships and graduate schools.
