Almost everything you can imagine, and everything you have to pay extra for in off-campus apartments or houses, is included in the contract of the new student apartments. Full-time students who have completed 60 credit hours, and who are in good standing behaviorally are eligible to reside in Keller and Sprecher Apartments.
