Laurie M. Joyner, Ph.D., co-authored a panel proposal that has been accepted for inclusion at the annual meeting of the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) in January 2013 on institutional change initiatives such as strategic planning, curricular reform and structural reorganization. She will be joined in Atlanta, Ga., by colleagues from Davidson College, Sewanee: The University of the South and Rollins College. Joyner will discuss the alignment of institutional structures to become more student-centered and the positive impact such efforts can have on student success and retention.
