The HR Advisory Committee is committed to improving the quality of work life and serves as a formal voice for university staff. The statement of purpose is to be carried out in cooperation with the associate vice president for human resources, with whom the committee will work in an advisory capacity.
The committee's responsibilities include building a sense of community among departmental staff, identifying issues that are of concern to the staff, making recommendations for staff appointments to various committees, and serving as a sounding board for the implementation of policy changes.
The university president makes the appointments to the HR Advisory Committee. Members are appointed to three-year terms and may serve two consecutive terms. You may contact committee members with ideas or suggestions to enhance the university environment. An up-to-date list of
