Please Note:

In the event of inclement weather, Commencement will be held in the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Center (HPERC), and a ticket will be required for each guest. Each graduating senior is given six tickets, which will be distributed on campus at the Service Center, lower level of the Benham-Pence Student Center on the following days:

Monday, April 29 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 30 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday , May 1 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, May 2 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, May 3 — 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

To secure HPERC tickets, graduating seniors must present their Wittenberg I.D. and sign for their tickets in person. Requests for extra tickets may be made by the graduating senior during the aforementioned times; however, there is no guarantee that extra tickets will be available. Graduating seniors who are not on campus spring semester (for example: study abroad or in the military) should make arrangements with Brandee Bates 937-327-7448 to obtain their tickets. No tickets will be mailed. For those without tickets, the indoor ceremony will be shown in its entirety on closed-circuit television in Hollenbeck Hall, located across the street from the HPERC.
