Instock Office Supplies
The warehouse is located in the lower level of the Physical Plant at 225 N. Fountain Ave.
As part of Business Services’ ongoing commitment to “Customer Service”, we are offering a complete listing of generic stationery items and other related office supplies.
The items stocked for faculty and staff include – but are not limited to – diskettes, toner cartridges, copier paper, standard university envelopes and letterhead (printed with logo but no department name) and mailing labels. See Warehouse Procedures for instructions on ordering items stocked in the warehouse. All other office supply requirements can be ordered through OfficeMax by accessing their website at www.officemaxsolutions.com. A user ID and password are required for accessing this website prior to your first purchase online. These items listed below may be ordered by calling the warehouse at 327-7399 or emailing 2warehouse@wittenberg.edu. (Do not use an individual’s name or “warehouse” in the email address). You may place your orders by providing the following information:
- Stock Number of Item(s)
- Brief description of item(s)
- Number of Units (pk-pack; bx-box; rm-ream; pd-pad; cs-case; ea-each)
- Name of contact person and phone number of email address
- Account number to be charged
For your convenience, new items will be added and items no longer available will be deleted from the Inventory List on a quarterly basis.
