Brass Name Badges
If you would like to order a brass name badge, please submit your request along with your account number to Lisa Zimmerman at lzimmerman@wittenberg.edu.

Business Cards
Bulk business card orders are placed three times a year (September, December, and April). Card order notification dates and deadlines will be sent out via email.

To place an order for cards, please provide the following:
• A mock-up business card with all the necessary information clearly printed

• The account number to be charged

• The quantity needed (250, 500 or 1,000)

All information must be submitted in writing and sent through campus mail to Lisa Zimmerman in the Purchasing Office.

*Individual orders are acceptable ONLY in case of true emergency. Generic cards are available from the Warehouse to get you through until it is time to order again.

Car Rental Discounts
Wittenberg University participates in the E & I Purchasing Consortium. As a participant, Wittenberg faculty and staff are eligible for discounts on car rental with Budget and Hertz. Discounts may be applied to business or personal car rental. Even with discount cards available, we encourage you to obtain pricing with and without the discount card. Individual agencies regularly offer promotions that may be better than the Wittenberg discount.

Cell Phones
A limited number of cell phones are available to University departments for short-term borrowing. You may check out phones from the Purchasing Office by contacting Lisa Zimmerman at 327-6302 or email at lzimmerman@wittenberg.edu.

These phones are available to individuals who may be traveling on University business, to assist campus departments with communications during an activity-filled weekend or emergency campus telephone shutdowns. They cannot be used for personal purposes.

At this time, there is no charge for short-term borrowing of the phones, with the exception of long distance or toll calls. However, borrowing time is limited to a maximum of 7 days. Special arrangements for periods greater than 7 days will be granted when possible. All phones MUST be returned by the due date or a non-refundable $5.00 per day late fee will be charged to the department. All phones MUST be picked up and delivered during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Physical Plant. Students picking up phones MUST bring proper identification.

The borrower/department assumes responsibility for loss, theft and/or damage to borrowed phones.
