The standing committees of the Board of Directors include: Academic & Student Life, Advancement & Alumni Relations; Audit & Compliance; Enrollment & Marketing; Finance & Investments; and Governance & Board Affairs.  Additionally, there is an Executive Committee of the Board comprised of the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, chairs of the standing committees and the President of the University. Board members serve three-year-renewable terms not to exceed 12 years of total service. Committee chairs are denoted with an asterisk.
