Nicole Kinzeler
Dr. Kinzeler earned her B.A. in psychology from Wittenberg University in 2004 and earned her M.A. (2007) and PH.D (2011) from The Ohio State University. In 2009, she earned the Excellence in Teaching Award from the psychology department at The Ohio State University. Dr. Kinzeler joined the Wittenberg faculty in 2011. She teaches courses such as the physiological proseminar, health psychology, and behavioral neuroscience, as well as a research course. Dr. Kinzeler’s research is broadly focused on eating behavior; in particular the different neurochemicals in the brain that signal us to start and stop eating. She is also interested in the psychological and physiological causes of various eating disorders.
