Scholars are chosen in the spring semester of each academic year and to be eligible for the Noyce scholarships, students are required to meet certain criteria. The Scholarship Application form for Wittenberg students is found at this link.

Student essays were scored and ranked by the STEM Teacher Leadership Team as part of the candidate selection process.  A combined score incorporating financial need, essay score, academic potential, and teaching potential were used to rank students for candidacy.  Consideration was given to the demographic mix of the candidates, with the overall goal to match the demographic mix of Wittenberg’s student body.
